Well... Skyler pointed this comic out for me and I decided to take a peek... and will comment while the image sloooowly loads onto my screen. It'll more on the technical details cause as for story and whatnot, I've got my own biases (and seeing all my sister's works and other's works has made me a bit spoiled...).

#1 You really should look for another file server... the file itself may be big, but loading times are way too slow on my DSL connection.

#2 Might wanna try to shrink file sizes. 200k+ is a bit large for any online based comic.

#3 Page organization seems a bit bland, has a grid like feel practically the entire time through. Adjust you box sizes according to the kind of impact you want to give and put more into that scene. I'm sure there are scenes you really want to put more focus into than other scenes, enlarge those scenes. Moreover, I really suggest you abandon the right-to-left organization. You're not gonna get a lot of Japanese readers writing in English in the first place and this isn't a comic book either where the right to left deal is set right from the cover art.

#4 Backgrounds are rather blah... apparently this place is a boarding school of sorts. You need to create the scene. Where is the dialog happening? Grassy knoll? classroom? hallway? bathroom? outdoors? indoors? Is the place a pristine place? a dirty place? or a mix of both? Settings tell the story as much as the characters do, don't ignore it.

Well, that's all I'll say for now. cheers. darter da Wolf
